Terms & Conditions

4.1 Registration

• You must create an account to list vehicles or save favorites
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access

4.3 Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• You may delete your account at any time
• Upon termination, your listings will be removed

5.1 Listing Requirements

• You must have legal ownership or authorization to sell the vehicle
• All information must be accurate, complete, and not misleading
• Photos must accurately represent the vehicle's current condition
• You must disclose all known defects, accidents, or mechanical issues
• Pricing must be clearly stated in Nepali Rupees (NPR)

5.2 Prohibited Listings

• Stolen vehicles or vehicles with fraudulent documentation
• Vehicles with outstanding loans without disclosure
• Vehicles that do not comply with Nepal's vehicle standards
• Listings with false information or misleading claims

5.3 Seller Responsibilities

• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• Honor the price and terms stated in your listing
• Provide vehicle inspection opportunities to serious buyers
• Complete all legal documentation required by Nepal law
• Pay any applicable taxes related to the sale

6.1 Due Diligence

• Inspect vehicles thoroughly before purchase
• Verify all documentation and ownership
• Conduct independent vehicle history checks
• Arrange independent mechanical inspections

6.2 Direct Transactions

• All transactions occur directly between Buyer and Seller
• GADIBAZZAR is not a party to any transaction
• We do not handle payments or transfers

7.1 Permitted Use

• Browse and search vehicle listings
• Post legitimate vehicle listings (Sellers)
• Communicate with other users regarding listings
• Save favorite listings

7.2 Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users
• Attempting to bypass the Platform to avoid fees (if applicable in future)
• Scraping or copying content without permission
• Using automated systems or bots
• Posting spam or irrelevant content
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliations
• Violating intellectual property rights

8.1 Current Policy

• Listing vehicles on GADIBAZZAR is currently FREE
• We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with 30 days' notice

8.2 Transaction Payments

• All payments for vehicles are made directly between Buyer and Seller
• GADIBAZZAR does not process payments or hold funds
• Users are responsible for their own payment arrangements

9.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you post
• By posting, you grant us a license to display, store, and distribute your content
• You represent that you have rights to all content you post
• You must not post copyrighted material without permission

9.2 Our Content

• GADIBAZZAR's logo, design, and platform features are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

10.1 Personal Information

• We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy
• By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices
• We comply with applicable Nepal data protection laws

10.2 Communication

• We may contact you regarding your account, listings, or Platform updates
• You may opt out of promotional communications

11.1 Platform "As Is"

• GADIBAZZAR is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We do not verify user information or vehicle details

11.2 No Responsibility for Transactions

• We are not party to transactions between users
• We do not verify vehicle condition, ownership, or legality
• We are not responsible for user conduct or listing accuracy
• We do not guarantee that buyers will find vehicles or sellers will complete sales

11.3 Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months
• This includes damages from fraud, defective vehicles, or failed transactions

13.1 Between Users

• Disputes between Buyers and Sellers must be resolved directly
• We may provide contact information but are not responsible for resolution

13.2 With GADIBAZZAR

• Disputes will be governed by the laws of Nepal
• Jurisdiction shall be in the courts of Chitwan, Nepal
• We encourage informal resolution before legal action

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GADIBAZZAR

17.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue

17.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right

17.4 Assignment

• You may not transfer your account or rights
• We may assign our rights and obligations
