Like many of you, I'm just a regular person trying to navigate life in Nepal. A few years ago, when I decided to sell my bike to upgrade to a new one, I thought it would be simple, but I was wrong.
I posted ads on Facebook Marketplaces, FB Groups, told friends and family, and waited. Days turned into months. The few calls I got were from Facebook Marketplaces offering ridiculously low prices or dealers who wanted a commission. I felt trapped between losing money to middlemen or spending months trying to find a direct buyer.
That's when it hit me: "If I'm struggling with this, thousands of others must be too."
Nepal needed a platform where regular people could buy and sell vehicles directly – no hefty commissions, no complicated processes, just a simple, honest marketplace that connects buyers and sellers across the country.
As an IT student and young entrepreneur, I've always believed that technology should solve real problems for real people. So I built GadiBAZZAR – not just another project, but a personal mission to empower every Nepali to buy and sell vehicles on their own terms.
